Listed are a set of problems patients commonly experience. To help you work through these possible situations, identify your problem area. Once you have chosen a problem, we will present a series of options for you to consider.

We will indicate if the solutions you picked were:

GREAT , GOOD or BAD ideas

for solving the situation. We can also point you to a list of several great and good ideas for solving a particular problem. At any point you may choose to print out the screen you are in and keep it as a reference for yourself.
