List of Possible Options for Solving This Problem

1) Talk to your doctor or nurse.
2) Get written information from a reliable source.
3) Go to lectures or public education meetings about pain.
4) Speak to a pain management specialist.
5) Speak with your drug or alcohol counselor, if you have one.
6) Ask your doctor to give you a non-opioid pain medicine.
7) Take less of your pain medicine to prevent becoming addicted to it.
8) Take no pain medicine.
